At RelationEdge®, we are focused on implementing technology solutions that are simple to use, but provide powerful information that drives our clients’ business. Our methodology is based in business process engineering and sales management, employing a Process First. Technology Second.® approach to solving business problems. Our passion for helping clients better market, sell, and service their customers is essential and what has distinguished us from competitors.

RelationEdge was founded in San Diego, California in April 2013 and has offices throughout the U.S. in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Irvine, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C.

RelationEdge was acquired by Rackspace in 2018, and is now a Rackspace company.

This team includes a business process architect, certified Salesforce architect, Salesforce administrator, marketing automation expert, and business analyst—all experts in Salesforce and the many ways it can solve your business challenges.

Flexible, Ongoing Services

Businesses will spend a lot of time and money to implement Salesforce; however, unless they have an internal Salesforce Administrator to continually adapt the system to meet changing business requirements, the value of that initial investment will decrease over time. For less than the cost of a full-time Salesforce Administrator, our entire team can provide ongoing services and continually evolve the platform, so you get the most value from your investment.

Matthew Stoyka

Founder, Chief Relationship Officer

Matthew has over 20 years of experience helping to grow businesses in both the technology services and manufacturing industries. Prior to founding RelationEdge, Matthew was the Chief Revenue Officer and Business Architect at a business strategy and technology consulting firm focused on the Salesforce.com platform.  Matthew also spent more than 10 years in executive leadership roles with Centerbeam and its predecessor firm where he led sales, professional services and technical operations teams. Prior to that, Matthew led global manufacturing projects across Europe and North America for Ford Motor Company.

Matthew received his bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) and his master’s degree in International Business from the University of San Diego. Matthew is also a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County. Emilie Hersh

Chief Operating Officer

Emilie successfully leads the RelationEdge and RAS (Rackspace Application Services) Professional Services organizations. She brings years of experience in creating, building, and leading technical and consultative professional services teams while driving revenue, margin, and a fast-growth set of offerings.
Previously: Big 5 Consulting experience in the areas of Global IT Risk Management, PMO, Strategic Consulting; program and personnel development / management; product / program marketing; development of training programs; partner / channel development. She has successfully led Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Project Management and Operational Excellence teams throughout her various roles.

Emilie earned an MBA from the University of San Diego, with emphases in Project Management and Supply Chain Systems. Additionally she was honored with the Mother Rosalie Clifton Hill Award in 2011 for her philanthropic work at USD and throughout the community. She continues her alliance with the University of San Diego’s School of Business by mentoring students, and remains committed to a number of organizations, both locally and nationally, that align with her passion of melding people, business, and technology.

Adam Plummer

Chief Sales Officer

Adam has more than 20 years of IT, management, software engineering and database design experience. Prior to joining RelationEdge, Adam held VP of IT, Technical Architect and Management Consultant roles at companies like Maven Wave Partners, Eagle Test Systems, Risetime Technologies, BroadVision, Xpedior and Metamor Technologies.

Adam received his bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and currently serves as a Board Member for his local school district’s Board of Education. Connect with Adam on LinkedIn.

Jeff Wilensky

President, East

Jeff is an accomplished senior management consultant with more than 18 years of consulting, sales and leadership experience, including driving opportunities to provide customer value and leading strategy and operations efforts through analyzing client needs, developing service offerings, and communicating the value of provided solutions. Prior to joining RelationEdge, Jeff provided business process, management, sales, and financial consulting services at companies like KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, UHY Advisors and R. Harris Financial. Andrew Foerster

President, West

Andrew is an accomplished Cloud Services Executive with 20+ years of Consulting, Technology, and Professional Services experience. Prior to joining RelationEdge, Andrew held various Sales and Management roles at major organizations including Deloitte Consulting, Inforte, and Appirio.  With over 13 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, Andrew has led consulting teams to deliver complex multi-cloud solutions for many Fortune 500 companies. Andrew received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.

With over 10 years on the Salesforce platform as a customer and consultant participating in 100+ Salesforce implementations, he is responsible for developing the technology vision for RelationEdge, enabling us to grow faster than the marketplace.
