Connections is one of the biggest highlights of the Salesforce calendar each year. All industries come together to share their insights on connecting with customers in a more personal way.
RelationEdge is thrilled to be attending this event and spreading the importance of personalized customer experiences in driving transformative value. After all, that’s how we help our clients engage with their customers at every step, from lead to loyalty.
In this first part of our three-post series, find out what you can expect from Connections 2018, as well as how RelationEdge fits into this special occasion.
What’s on the Schedule?
Connections 2018, which will take place June 12-14 this year, is set to offer a one-of-a-kind educational networking event that combines digital marketing, commerce, and customer service.
Marketers will have the opportunity to learn more about using Marketing Cloud for everything from driving engagement to creating amazing consumer experiences. Hands-on training will allow participants to brush up on their skills and discover the possibilities of Marketing Cloud firsthand.
Salesforce Trailblazers will take to the stage throughout the 3-day event to share their valuable expertise in managing consumer interactions and marketing expectations at sessions, demos, and networking events. There will be keynotes from innovative and inspiring speakers from the worlds of Salesforce, research, entertainment, and humanitarian efforts — which means you can look forward to plenty of food for thought.
As a fun way to cap off this information-rich event, Salesforce is hosting The Party at Connections featuring The Killers where guests can enjoy live entertainment and mingle with like-minded people.
Where to Find RelationEdge
RelationEdge is proud to be part of Connections 2018, represented by our VP of Solutions, Chris Zullo; Director of Engagements, Denise Carbone; and Director of Service Delivery, Karisa Booth.
Meet Zullo and Carbone at the Community Booth, where you can learn about various ways to engage in the Trailblazer Community, from the online platform to local community groups.
Zullo and Carbone will also appear in the session titled “Tap into This Network of Salesforce Expertise and Inspiration” alongside other Salesforce MVPs, to provide more details on the unique Trailblazer support system.
Based on his experience as a Community Leader, Zullo will be the speaker at two additional sessions: “Great Customer Service is Social” and “Add Some Magic to Your Herd: Be a Marketing Unicorn.” He will also be emceeing the action-packed Demo Jam.
As a devoted Trailblazer, Carbone will be speaking at two other sessions: “How Trailblazer Community Group Uplifts Your Career and Your Life” and “How the Trailblazer Community Changed My Life and How it Can Help You Too.”
As our Marketing Cloud expert, Booth will be the speaker at the session “Predictive Intelligence and The Next Evolution of Marketing Technology.”
We can’t wait to hear the thought-provoking discussions that come out of these sessions.
