At RelationEdge®, we are focused on implementing technology solutions that are simple to use, but provide powerful information that drives our clients’ business. Our methodology is based in business process engineering and sales management, employing a process first, technology second® approach to solving business problems. Our passion for helping clients better market, sell, and service their customers is essential and what has distinguished us from competitors.

RelationEdge was founded in San Diego, California in April 2013 and has offices throughout the U.S. in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Irvine, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, D.C.

We assign each client a full team of business process engineers to implement a custom Salesforce solution. This team includes a business process architect, certified Salesforce architect, Salesforce administrator, marketing automation expert, and business analyst—all experts in Salesforce and the many ways it can solve your business challenges.

Flexible, Ongoing Services

Businesses will spend a lot of time and money to implement Salesforce; however, unless they have an internal Salesforce Administrator to continually adapt the system to meet changing business requirements, the value of that initial investment will decrease over time. For less than the cost of a full-time Salesforce Administrator, our entire team can provide ongoing services and continually evolve the platform, so you get the most value from your investment.

Matthew Stoyka

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Matthew has over 20 years of experience helping to grow businesses in both the technology services and manufacturing industries. Prior to founding RelationEdge, Matthew was the Chief Revenue Officer and Business Architect at a business strategy and technology consulting firm focused on the Salesforce.com platform.  Matthew also spent more than 10 years in executive leadership roles with Centerbeam and its predecessor firm where he led sales, professional services and technical operations teams. Prior to that, Matthew led global manufacturing projects across Europe and North America for Ford Motor Company.

Matthew received his bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) and his master’s degree in International Business from the University of San Diego. Matthew is also a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County. Jonathan Freeman

Corporate President

Jonathan has over 25 years of experience in organization building, diversifying new business, growing sales, and creating strategic partnerships for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies such as Intel. Jonathan’s most recent position was as the Executive Managing Director at Cushman and Wakefield, the 2nd largest global real estate company. Jonathan has had a wide array of different positions and experience, including Acting President and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial, where he advised the CEO and Board on financial and operational matters.

Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara and a Masters in Business Administration with a finance and entrepreneurial studies emphasis from the Anderson School at UCLA. Additionally, he joined the Board of Directors for I Love A Clean San Diego in 2010, a nonprofit aimed at creating a more healthy environment for San Diego for over sixty years. Connect with Jonathan on LinkedIn.

Ilham Ahmed

President, Southwest

Ilham has more than 20 years of experience helping companies transform into digital innovators by streamlining their business processes through the use of technology, while reducing costs and managing risks. Prior to joining RelationEdge, Ilham provided management consulting, advisory services and system integration services at companies like McKinsey & Company, Zayn Digital, Forsythe Solutions Group and CoreCommerce. Ilham received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Connect with Ilham on LinkedIn.

Jeff Wilensky

President, Southeast

Jeff is an accomplished senior management consultant with more than 18 years of consulting, sales and leadership experience, including driving opportunities to provide customer value and leading strategy and operations efforts through analyzing client needs, developing service offerings, and communicating the value of provided solutions. Prior to joining RelationEdge, Jeff provided business process, management, sales, and financial consulting services at companies like KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, UHY Advisors and R. Harris Financial. Jason Gates

President, Central

Jason has more than 20 years of business consulting experience. Prior to joining RelationEdge, Jason provided management consulting, business process, renewable energy integration, IT strategy and IT system integration services at companies like Booze Allen Hamilton, ACME Business Consulting, Forsythe Solutions Group and ARC.

Jason received his bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Adam Plummer

President, Midwest

Adam has more than 20 years of IT, management, software engineering and database design experience. Prior to joining RelationEdge, Adam held VP of IT, Technical Architect and Management Consultant roles at companies like Maven Wave Partners, Eagle Test Systems, Risetime Technologies, BroadVision, Xpedior and Metamor Technologies.

Rob Wright

President, Northeast

Rob has over 20 years of management consulting and technology integration experience with a proven track record of driving business value. Prior to joining RelationEdge, Rob’s provided IT strategy, cost optimization and process improvement services at companies like McKinsey & Company, PwC, Forsythe Solutions Group and Citihub. Rob pursued his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at New York University and currently serves as the NY Advisory Board Chairman for Cru Inner City, a nonprofit that creates options for people in poverty in urban areas.
